Our work in West Africa
[YOUR HISTORY IN THE REGION — e.g. dealers or labs you supplied in Lagos or Accra, and when.]
Demand for DTF garment printing, signage and photo printing is growing quickly across West Africa, and many businesses need reliable equipment plus someone who can help when it stops. We focus on honest condition information, careful export packing and remote support after delivery.
Generators, stabilisers and print quality
Most businesses in the region rely on generator or mixed grid power at least part of the time. For printing equipment:
- Use a voltage stabiliser between the supply and the machine
- Put controllers and computers on a UPS to protect against switch-over interruptions
- Prefer inverter generators with stable voltage and frequency for electronics
- Keep DTF and inkjet printers in a cool, dust-controlled space — heat thickens ink and dries print heads
We will advise on power protection for the specific machine you buy.
Import documents
For Nigeria, importers must process Form M through an authorised bank before goods ship — please start this early and share the details with us. For Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal, we prepare the commercial documents your clearing agent needs.
Language
[If you correspond in French, say so here — e.g. "We can correspond in French for customers in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal."]
Questions from West Africa
Can my machine run on generator power?
Yes, with the right protection. Use a stable inverter generator, a voltage stabiliser and a UPS for electronics. Tell us your setup and we will advise for the specific machine.
Do you supply DTF consumables to West Africa?
We can source DTF film, ink and powder, but freight costs make local suppliers better value for routine consumables. We focus on machines, parts and technical support.
Do you need my Form M before shipping to Nigeria?
Yes. Shipping to Nigeria requires a Form M processed by your bank. We provide the proforma invoice needed for it.
