The United States
We ship equipment and parts to the US with commercial invoices and customs paperwork prepared. Many goods made in Canada qualify for duty-free treatment under CUSMA; equipment made elsewhere may attract duty. Your customs broker will confirm.
Power and installation
North American 60Hz power suits most equipment sold here, but large minilabs and production printers often need a dedicated 208–240V circuit. Confirm with your electrician before delivery — we can send the requirements for your model.

Do you come on-site outside Metro Vancouver?
For larger jobs, yes, by arrangement — travel is quoted separately. Most other issues start with remote diagnosis.
Can you ship to the United States?
Yes. We prepare commercial invoices and customs paperwork. Import duties, taxes and brokerage are paid by the buyer unless quoted otherwise.
