Our work in South Asia
[YOUR HISTORY IN THE REGION — e.g. "We have supplied Noritsu and Fujifilm minilab parts and equipment to labs in India and Sri Lanka since [YEAR]." Mention cities, dealers or labs you worked with, with their permission.]
South Asia has one of the largest installed bases of Noritsu and Fujifilm minilabs anywhere, and many of these machines are still in daily production in photo studios and wedding-album businesses. Keeping an older lab running usually comes down to two things: the right part, and an accurate diagnosis.
Working with your local technicians
Most labs in the region already work with experienced local technicians. We don't replace them — we support them:
- Parts identification and sourcing, including discontinued boards, exposure units, rollers and sensors
- Second-opinion diagnosis on difficult or intermittent faults, from error logs, photos and video
- Equipment for labs upgrading to dry minilabs, DTF, UV or wide-format printing
Power and climate
Voltage fluctuations and high humidity are the main enemies of electronics and print heads here. We recommend a voltage stabiliser and UPS for every machine, and air conditioning with humidity control in the print room, especially during the monsoon.
Import rules for used equipment
Import rules for second-hand equipment and electronics differ across the region and change from time to time. In India, the importer needs an Importer Exporter Code (IEC), and some used electronic items need permission or certification before they can be imported. Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal have their own requirements for used goods. Please confirm with your customs broker (CHA) before ordering — we will provide the commercial invoice, packing list, specifications and any other documents they need.
Questions from South Asia
Can you supply parts for older Noritsu QSS and Fujifilm Frontier labs?
Often, yes — including some discontinued parts. Send the part number, machine model and a photo of the old part, and we will check availability and confirm compatibility.
Can you work with our local technician?
Yes, that's usually the best approach. We support your technician remotely with diagnosis, adjustment procedures and parts, while they do the hands-on work.
Do you ship to Nepal?
Yes. Shipments to Nepal usually move through an Indian port and then by road, so allow extra transit time. Your quote will show the route.
Which currencies can I pay in?
[PAYMENT CURRENCIES AND METHODS, e.g. "USD by bank transfer."]
