FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about service, buying, selling and shipping equipment.

Service & repair

Which machines do you repair?

We currently take repair and maintenance work on photo and digital minilabs, including Noritsu and Fujifilm Frontier systems. For other categories — DTF, UV, wide format, digital presses and finishing — we supply machines, parts and sourcing, and we will tell you honestly if a repair is better handled by someone else. See our service coverage.

Can you help if my machine is outside Canada?

Often, yes. Many faults can be diagnosed remotely from error codes, photos and short videos. We can then advise your local technician, supply parts, or arrange further support.

How quickly will you respond?

We review every request personally, usually within [24 Hrs., e.g. one business day].

Do you charge for diagnosis?

[Explain your policy, e.g. "Initial remote review of photos and error codes is free. On-site visits and bench diagnosis are quoted before any work starts."]

Buying equipment

What do your condition grades mean?

New is new equipment, usually available to order. Grade A (Certified Refurbished) is fully rebuilt and sold with warranty. Grade B (Tested Working) is serviced and printing, with cosmetic wear. Used — not yet tested means we have not verified it yet, and the listing says so. As-is is sold for parts or for buyers with their own technicians.

Are the photos of the actual machine?

For used equipment, listings marked "Photos show the actual unit" use photos of that exact machine. New equipment may use manufacturer images.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We arrange crating, export paperwork and freight. Include your country and city when you request a quote. See Shipping & Export.

How do I pay?

[Payment methods, e.g. bank transfer or wire; deposit terms for large equipment.]

Selling equipment

Do you buy machines that don't work?

Yes. Non-working machines can be valuable for refurbishment and parts. Purchases are subject to technical and commercial evaluation. Send us the details.

Who handles removal and freight?

We can arrange de-installation, crating and collection — locally or internationally.
