Policies
Shipping & export
How we pack, ship and export equipment and parts — locally and worldwide.
Equipment
Large equipment is quoted individually, because freight depends on the machine, crating and destination. Your quote will show the freight method, estimated transit time and what is included.
- Local pickup from our location in [Surrey], BC, by appointment.
- Crated freight within Canada and to the United States.
- International export by sea or air freight, with export documentation prepared for your shipment.
Machines are cleaned, secured for transport and crated where appropriate. Fluids are drained where required for shipping.
Parts and consumables
Smaller items ship by courier with tracking. [FedEx or UPS.]
Duties, taxes and import
Unless your quote says otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs brokerage and local delivery at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. We are happy to provide the documents your broker needs.
Voltage and regional setup
Tell us your country when you enquire. Where possible we configure voltage, language and media sizes before shipping, and confirm this in your quote.
Damage in transit
Inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within [03] days with photos so we can help with any claim.
